Hello,
I am trying to setup our SOW so that when the Service Desk team works on an incident task they can then create a time worked record from within the related records section. I tested in a PDI that I was able to add Time Worked>Task to the related lists on the Incident Tasks table and that worked. However in my development instance we use a custom incident task table (u_incident_task). I tried doing the same thing of adding Time Worked>Task to the related list and that works in the classic view, but the New button does not show up in SOW. Any ideas why this might occur?

Hi,
That New button in SOW doesn't come from the UI Action you see in classic. It's a declarative action sitting on the global table, which is why the two interfaces disagree.
Open Workspace Experience > Actions & Components > Related List Actions and find the New button assigned to the global table. Check its Action Exclusions related list, since a table listed there gets the button suppressed.
Also confirm u_incident_task actually extends Task. The global New action keys off the reference from time_card.task, so if your custom table sits outside that hierarchy the related list still renders in classic but workspace has no reference to build the button from.
This article walks through that global New button and where its exclusions live: https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-articles/solved-workaround-for-quot-edit-quot-buttons...
