Creating change request from problem change request tab parents number not populating automatically

We have created many to many relationships' from problem and change but when Creating change request from problem change request tab parents number not populating automatically

OOTB, when we create a change from prb, it gets added in the problem Related List only. The Parent field on change has no relation with this. If you want to populate in the parent field, you need to change in UI action.
