Creating mandatory checkbox variable with Helptext

I am working a lengthy variable question. It needs to be checkbox and show helptext. I am using UI Macro and widget to do this but I am not able to add the helptext for this. Could anyone suggest how can I achieve it?

Hi,
You can use two variables; one is checkbox and other is Label and use this combination to achieve your requirement.

why not use OOB variable?

Hello @Cindy Sim ,

You can add help text using configure label.
1. Right click on field -> Configure label -> Hint (add help text). 

2. Hover to the field it will shows the help text :
