cross-scope access policy issue on HR case form

Hi Team,

 

While transferring a HR case I am getting this error - "Error Message --

"Access to api 'put(sn_hr_er_case.number)' from scope 'sn_hr_core' has been refused due to the api's cross-scope access policy"
 
Also assigned to Person not able to see the HR case.
I checked table - "Cross scope privileges" and created one record also. but issue is not resolved. And where I can check to solve this issue.

It seems you are trying to access Employee relations case from HR Core scope

Person not able to see HR Case -> try giving HR Reader role

Thanks for the Response.

User having reader and writer role. also I checked ACL. still assigned to person not able to see the case.
