Cross scope access policy

I have written a Bussiness rule in scoped application, and this rule deletes records from a table in Global. So what kind of cross scope access policy I need to configure

your scoped application should have Delete access on that table

If you are getting cross scope issue then do this by staying in your scoped app

Example here - create new record from this module and do this and give your correct table name on which delete has to be performed
