CSA Certificate Verification

Hi,

I've completed the CSA certification and successfully passed it. However, when attempting to verify it on the ServiceNow portal, I couldn't locate it. Could please assist me in finding it?

If yes, please wait for 24-48 hrs to get updated and try again.

Login to https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp

Navigate to Credential Program> Credential Verification > Enter the Email Address > Hit on Search

Then Click on "View Certifications"

There were no results found for this search criteria. Please confirm with the certified professional their full name or email address associated with their certifications and that they have agreed to share their certification status.
