Why isn't it the following?

- Check the latest release notes at docs servicenow.com: The question asks for hands-on experience, this is just documentation

- Activate the application plug in, on your company's production instance: You would not use a production instance to get hands-on experience

-Search the wiki for the sales demo request form: Again, this is not the best way to get hands-on experience

These kinds of questions are scenario-based, so you may or may not find exact answers in the eBook or training. However, you learn from examples like the one above. Even though it relates to certain plugins, it’s very experience-driven, so the answer can vary based on your own experience.

It's an option.

A. Activate the application plugin on your personal dev instance.

But you can check the eBook and do some research that will give you a practical consolidated answer.
