I have created webasesor account for CSA exam and try to linked with service now university but its showing  not linked its been more than 24 hour now any please help me

In webassessor  email option its linked but when i try to claim my CSA voucher its showing perquisite has not completed for webassessor account linking . dose it take so much time for update ?

Hi @RoshaniB ,

It should be some glitch raise a ticket with servicenow that will fix the issue or try to logout and login in to the account again it will fix the issue

Check if you have linked ServiceNow University account with Web Assessor as per below Knowledge Article,

https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/credentials/link-your-webassessor-account-to-now-learning?id=...

If you are using work email ID for ServiceNow University and personal email ID for Web Assessor, check your personal ID for webassessor verification link and verify it. Once certifications are completed via Web Assessor, it will show under Achievements and data will be in sync.
