CSM and HRSD are 2 different modules and have been built for 2 different purposes. Why do you want to migrate CSM case to HRSD? As I said, both have different lifecycle and it's not recommended to migrate also HRSD it requires a special role to see the records data, which is not in the case of CSM. There are many fields which are not part of CSM but are on HRSD, how do you will handle this.
