CSM contact relationship not working between different domain in MSP instance.

Hi,

I am working on the MSP or domain separated instance. Currently contact relationship within same domain is working. But contact relationship between different domains are not working.

Do csm contact relationship work between different domains in MSP instance? If yes, what are all the .steps to resolve this issue

 

eg: When the ticket is in the MSP domain, but the contact is in the sub domain but has a contact relationship in the MSP domain, the contact should be able to communicate with the ticket via email and approve changes if they have the CAB role.
