CSM/FSM Configurable workspace experience is not showing up in UI Builder in PDI instance

I have recently upgraded my PDI to Austarlia version and installed a Customer Service Management com.sn_customerservice plugin. I'm encountring a strange issue here, the CSM/FSM Configurable workspace experience is not loading in UI Builder in my PDI instance. Does anybody encountered this kind of issue?

Try this as per KB2047100 CSM Configurable Workspace Not Visible in Application Menu 

 

Resolution

  1. Install the 'CSM and FSM configurable workspace foundation' application in the affected instance.
  2. Upgrade the 'CSM configurable workspace' plugin.
  3. If the issue still exists, try repairing the existing CSM plugins and troubleshoot further based on the repair logs.
