Hi ,
I want to restrict a catalog item in CSM to be visible for one customer only. Other customers should not see it, but internal users and admins can see it. Created a user criteria with the name and company inside directly under 'Available for' inside the item. But after impersonating a different customer contact, still can see it. How to figure that out?

Hi @Mouktik_B
I don't think it's company-specific — it's mainly the accounts that have a direct link in CSM.
So, we need to figure out how to apply user criteria based on the account.

did you try to add "Not Available For" user criteria for that catalog item and add that Company in that user criteria?
Also in "Available For" only add internal users and admin role.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
