While configuring CSM, Issue was happened.
I can not create Case. What is the Problem?

Hi, unfortunately with no visibility of your instance or your configuration it is not possible to diagnose your issue from a partial screenshot. Does your account have the roles necessary for the action? If the CSM deployment is recent did you log out\back in after assigning the roles (if you assigned any to your account)? Are you able to create the record from instance proper by navigating directly to the table involved? Do you see the same error from the instance?
Have you tried enabling security debug , reproduced the issue and the reviewed debug logs to see if this identifies an ACl requirement that is not being met.
