To preface - I've dealt with a lot of "lazy" SNOW Dev's. In a meeting yesterday, regarding the new IT portal I'm working on, I got so much push-back on everything from CSS overrides, to using OOB widget that aren't part of the OOB design. They told us that it would create a lot of unnecessary work with new versions of ServiceNow that come out, a lot of skips, etc... Has anyone dealt with this? And, what were your workarounds?
