I have created the "Custom Agent Assist icon" in the SOW and, it was not visible on the Service Operations Workspace, any help will be highly appreciated

I believe what you need to do is go to this table sys_ux_screen.list!
Find an existing action like this one
Try Insert and stay and make sure you set up the routing for it in order to be visible and also the conditions.
