I have a Requirement Regrading Custom applications in service portal, I got one issue I have one custom application that some xyzzy application they have one create New Module when i am clicking on that module that redirect to create new page in service portal, issue is some user are clicking on that module in service portal create new page is not available ,instance level it's working fine getting error in portal level please help me on this it's urgent requirement.
This the issue I am impersonating with some x user he didn't get access
