Custom Email Notification

Hi All, 

 

We have an implementation of notification currently on RITM that whenever the additional comments in the TASK level is updated and state is Open or Work in progress. We have an issue that if additional comment changes in any state of the TASK the notification will trigger. Asking on how to resolve this.

Here is the condition of the notification. Note that it is targeting the sc_req_item table.

Can you check if there is already any notification on the sc_req_item table which is triggering if addition comments changes.

Lil confusion. You are saying the change in task and email trigger from RITM? or I am understanding wrong way.
