Custom flow for KB

Hi Team,

I have a requirement like, When an  particular KB ( say Known Error KB) article is published, it goes for first approval to the Ownership Group (or KB Manager if none), then for second approval to the Test security group, and is published only after both approvals.

How to create a workflow to achieve this.

To do this you either customize the publish workflow or build a custom flow that has two sequential approval steps....first an approval for the article ownership group (or kb manager if none), and then a second approval for your test security group......and only set the article to published after both approvers approve.....because snow lets you assign a custom workflow/flow on the knowledge base that controls exactly how and in what order approvals are required before an article moves from draft to published......

You can utilize Group approvals steps in Flow...

First will go for Ownership Group and second for Test Security group.
You can configure custom flow to KB instead customizing default flow.
