The quick links widget may be able to achieve your desired outcome. You can add this widget to your desired page and then modify the widget configuration to change things like the title/layout.
More info about the widget can be found here Portal Quick Links widget (servicenow.com)

Hi @pandeyved
you can follow below steps
- Navigate to the All > Service Portal > Service Portal Configuration.
- Select Designers.
- On the Service Portal Designer page, search for and select the page to which you want to add the widget.
- Select the Widgets tab.
- In the Layouts section, drag the Container layout onto the portal edit page.
- On the container, add a set of columns by selecting the plus button(+)
- On the Widgets pane, in the Filter Widget field, enter Portal Quick Links.
- Drag the widget onto the container.
- In the Edit page, select the Portal Quick Links widget.
- Select the Pencil icon.
Hope this helps. Please mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.👍🇮🇳
