Hi @Sidhu9,

Here's something I found. You could navigate to Surveys > View Surveys and create your own Survey Definition using Survey Designer. I have attached a screenshot to give you an idea of how it looks.

Unfortunately, I didn't see an option for color-coding the numeric values within the designer.

@Sidhu9 @Ruchi Kumari1 navigate to All-> walk-up Experience ->administration->surveys and clicked on New(designer).
