@Nilesh Pol Thanks for the link. It was helpful.The link shared will help in customisation of header, background and font.
However, i am looking for color grading on the scale as shared in the question.

@Ruchi Kumari1 you can change scale colors via UI Policy or by using CSS in the Service Portal.
