Customer Survey satisfaction

Hello; I want to create a dependency betweene question 2 and question 1. So the purpose is that when customer click on red faces the question 2 apears; else it will not appear ( green faces). The problem that the dependency field in the survey is empty and i can't make this relation as you you can see in picture! 

Can anyone help for this please!

From the looks of it, you are trying to make your question dependent on a question in a different category of the survey. If you would move your 2nd question into the same category as the 1st one, you will be able to select the question for dependency.
