I would like to customize Password Reset Error page as the image below to specify the contact info to make it easy for customers to understand where to report the error.
Could someone advise me on where and how to modify the scripts to meet this requirement?
Best Regards,
Aki

You can customise the ui page -> $pwd_error
/nav_to.do?uri=%2Fsys_ui_page.do%3Fsys_id%3D0dac50b6d7032100b9bc43d60e6103ef%26sysparm_record_target%3Dsys_ui_page%26sysparm_record_row%3D1%26sysparm_record_rows%3D1%26sysparm_record_list%3DnameSTARTSWITH$pwd_error%5EORDERBYname

To add further this is a customisation and during an upgrade, since the page is customised, changes to this page from ServiceNow will not reflect.

Hi Naveen,
Thank you for your reply, but "$pwd_error" page says "This item is read-only based on its protection policy" and cannot be edited.
How can I modify that page to add service desk info to the bottom?
