Customize "Account Information" tab in the CSM workspace

For some reason I am not able to customize the "Customer information" tab under the customer_account table in the CSM workspace.
The UI builder will just not let me and all i need is hide some widgets.
How can i do so?

Hi @yelias ,

It maybe because of some variants or audience 

check the variants make sure that page variant with tab "Account Information" is active and have order value is low.  Also check for audiences that you have the specific role
