Customize the name of the columns on the table

Is there a way to change how the column name is displayed?

It is confusing to have 3 times the same name

You can change the label of the field, if you want to do it just for the report then that is not possible.

Sure, but this will change it everywhere right? I dont want to change how it is displayed on a form

is that custom table  or OOTB, agree you can change the label only or it is DB view?

But why you have created columns with same label?

Isn't that confusing?

Unless you change the column label your requirement cannot be done.
