Customize User Presence details in records

Hi everyone,
When multiple users are viewing the same record, the User Presence indicator appears in the top bar. On hover, it currently displays user details such as business phone, mobile phone, and email.
I would like to customize this and remove the mobile phone attribute from the hover display.
Does anyone know how to modify the fields shown in the User Presence hover details?

Hi @TejaSatyaA ,
At the moment, this isn’t configurable OOB.
The User Presence hover details are part of the Core UI implementation and the fields displayed (business phone, mobile phone, email) are not driven by form layout, dictionary settings, or system properties. There’s no supported way to remove just one field (like mobile phone) from the hover card.
The only supported controls around User Presence are enable/disable and timing properties
