Customizing condition field

Hi 

I am trying to add a Conditions data type field to a custom table to create filter conditions.My criteria:
1.It should have only a few selective columns for query creation.

2.Only AND clause should be used.

Can someone please help me to customize according to these?

3.Only equal to condition should be provided for the operator.

If only columns that can be filtered should be shown, this can be done by database view.

Otherwise, it would be necessary to build a custom widget that can be used in service portal.

AFAIK, it not possible to customize OOTB filter conditions.

I don't think you can show selective columns for query; it would show all from the table

Also you cannot remove the OR clause without using DOM manipulation which is not recommended.
