Dashboard 'View All' is not working for a particular User

For a Particular user when they try to click on 'View All' the link is not working in the Dashboard. I'm not sure where to configure for it. Could you please help?

Hi @Kri 

It seems difficult to identify the reason since the issue is happening with just one user. Is there a pop-up blocker in place? You could also try comparing the user with another working user using the Access Analyzer to see if any roles are missing.

Anyone found solution for this ?
I have a group for which the dashboard is shared,  the user can view report , can view records in table it is just user can not 'View All' in a list grouped Report

tried to impersonate user from same group it is working for them, tried clear catch and deleted the record of dashboard from par_dashboard_cache.LIST , but still issue remain same, 
at this point i am not sure what to do with this. 

there is no error in console, 
there is no plugin on browser 
let me if someone has any solution
