Dashboard 'View All' is not working for a particular User

For a Particular user when they try to click on 'View All' the link is not working in the Dashboard. I'm not sure where to configure for it. Could you please help?

This is probably due to a user prefence being stuck with incorrect filter config. after upgrade.
Go to user preferences -> filter for the user in question, value contains sys id for dashboard -> delete com.snc.par.dashboards.ui.preferences.

After A long day ,
this seems to be fixed 
tried clear catch and deleted the record of dashboard from par_dashboard_cache.LIST 

Log out and log in.
