Dashboard widgets disappearing intermittently from multiple tabs

Hi ,

We are facing an issue where dashboard widgets are disappearing intermittently from multiple dashboard tabs without any manual deletion.

Issue Details:

  • Initially observed on one dashboard tab and later noticed on other tabs as well

  • Widgets disappear automatically while switching between dashboard tabs

  • Once removed, widgets must be recreated manually

  • Issue is intermittent and difficult to reproduce consistently

Observations:

  • Issue is seen by both admin users and business users

  • No intentional deletion activity identified

  • Tabs become empty after some time/navigation between tabs

Business Impact:
This issue is impacting business users who rely on these dashboards for daily monitoring and reporting activities. Missing widgets are affecting operational visibility and dashboard usability.

Questions:

  1. Has anyone faced a similar issue with dashboard widgets disappearing intermittently?

  2. Are there any known issues related to dashboard tab configurations, caching, or personalization?

  3. Any recommended logs, tables, or audit checks to identify why widgets are getting removed?

  4. Could this be related to user preferences, ACLs, workspace caching, or dashboard configurations?

Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi,

Thank you for sharing this. We are experiencing the exact same issue on our end as well.

We have noticed that dashboard widgets are intermittently disappearing across multiple tabs without any manual deletion. Similar to your observations, once the widgets disappear, they need to be recreated manually. We have also checked the audit logs and did not find any user activity indicating intentional updates or deletions.

Additionally, the behavior appears inconsistent, with widgets sometimes reappearing under different tabs or getting duplicated across tabs without any changes being made.

This issue is impacting our dashboard usability and operational monitoring, and we are currently looking for a resolution.

If anyone has identified any related configuration that might be causing this your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to your suggestions and support.
