Hi Guys,

as you can see in above report in 'service task' i can see 3 incident of p3 but when i click on it , it shows me with no data , as shown below -

can you please guide me on that its quite urgent

Hi @tGhadage  ,

 

Are you admin in the instance? If not, then there can be ACLs, data filtration rule etc. there prevent you from seeing these incidents.

I am admin but I impersonated with user who is not able to see it.

 

how shall i make this work ? 

Hi @tGhadage  ,

 

  1. Locate the tickets the user can't see
  2. Locate the table for where the tickets belong to.
  3. Go through table.CONFIG to investigate if the reason is here
  4. Go through ACLS to investigate if the reason is here
  5. Go through data filtration to see if the reason is here

Hi @AndersBGS ,

Have checked for ACL's and for the table.config but did not find any...
