Hi all,
I have created a new table ("Service Catalog Parent Tables" with following fields in it (Name, Company, class, created, created by, Tags, Updated, Updated by, Updates)). And created a child table 'Data Protection Advice & Guidance Tables' under the parent table to refer it for a catalog item. Now I have imported the data into this table, but the options are available to select from portal only for admins and service desk members. Not sure what is causing it to restrict the data for other internal employees as well as customers.
PS: Although the catalog item is made available for specific customers, they could view all others variables from that cat item, only the field referring the above child table couldnt be seen.
How do I sort this, any guidance would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Rini

Hi @Rini1
IS any ACL blocking?
or try to create a field and see if the values are getting populated.

Is there any easier ways to check the ACL restricting the data?
Thanks
