Data is automatically captured in Update Set ?

which of the following gets automatically captured in update set

A Table,Schedule,forms

B Table,forms,data

C Table,forms,homepages

D Table,forms,views

The answer is B [Table,forms,data] but as per my knowledge data is not captured in update set can anybody explain ?

Option D is right. Table, forms and views  are captured in Update sets
