data not updating as per the xcel sheet

I am uploading the data into project table, in my Excel states is Work in pending but after data loaded into the project table it showing as the Process State.

i tried with Onafter transform script  but not working and also used field level script . But still after loading the data into Snow it showing as the Project as :Process" state...

are you loading the correct choice values for the State column? is the excel data matching the field choice values?

share some screenshots.

Any other business rule is changing the state after the data is loaded?
