Hello, we are having issues with a import towards a MIDserver, we get "Did not get a response from the MID server" everytime. We think the datasource password might be wrong,

Did you try the password reset or when you say no response, are you getting an error or timeout something?

Hi,
Please try the following and see if it helps
Check MID Server: Make sure the MID Server is running and properly configured.
Verify Password: As you mentioned that the datasource password is in correct and update it by navigating to the datasource.
Update MID Server Password: If the MID Server password is wrong, update it in the config.xml file on the MID Server machine and restart the service.
Test Connection: Test the connection to ensure the MID Server can communicate with ServiceNow.
