Data visible in Form view but not in List view for SC_TASK

Hi Team,

When I submit a service request from the portal, the data is visible in the form view. However, in the list view, the same data is not displayed.

I have checked Client Scripts and Business Rules, and there are no customizations affecting this.

Could someone please help identify the reason for this?

Hi @RahulS005039023

Users may have permissions to read a single record (form) but not multiple records simultaneously (list).Verify that the field is added to the table’s list layout, check User Criteria, and ensure the UI policies and mainly  ACLs allow list-level access

  • In the Application Navigator, search for Access Controls (ACLs).
  • Review the Read ACLs for the relevant table (for example, sc_task) as well as any custom fields involved.
  • Ensure that the roles, conditions, and scripts configured in the ACLs grant the requesting user permission to read records in both form and list views.

Please Accept the solution if it assisted you with your question & Mark this response as Helpful.
