Where can I get a PDF document describing the ServiceNow tables? I'm an ex-DBA/developer, working to learn how ServiceNow is structured. I want to model software assets and configuration items (not necessarily using good ServiceNow terminology here) in a well-defined, hierarchical fashion. Most notably, I want to learn how the table structure allows associating my organization's IT applications with the underlying COTS technologies. I also want to A) associate the IT applications with a business function hierarchy and B) associate the COTS technologies with a technology hierarchy. I'm particularly interested in how ServiceNow handles hierarchical data.
