Hello Experts ,
I am looking for some suggestion like some tools , some ideas through which we can store/replica the data of the servicenow. It might be done in your organization or in some client environment.
Purpose : We want to create some reports through some analytics tool so we can present that to the management team.
It will be really helpful to me if i can get some ideas how i can proceed for this.

Hello @Wizard,
When we need quick and real-time reports we encourage our customers to use ServiceNow for that as the data is changing constantly, and for top-management reports, they usually use PowerBI and default ServiceNow APIs to extract data and show up on their KPIs.
But depending on which level of reporting and update frequency you want, we may have to go into another direction of integration/data pulling. Let me know your thoughts!
If my response helps to solve your issue. Kindly mark it as helpful & correct. It will be helpful for future readers! 👍
Thanks,
Marcos Kassak

So if they are using the POWER BI then there should be some database which is working as a staging place and through that they can create the reports.
We are looking for a way to store that data in a database
So in a new database (DB1)it pull the data from servicenow database and through the DB1 it can create the report in the POWERBI

Hi @Wizard,
Do you mind me asking why this separate database is needed? You can pull the data directly from ServiceNow using APIs (PowerBI scenario) or use Reports in the platform to help in your KPIs.

Hi @Wizard
Just curious why you want to have another database instead of using ServiceNow reporting tool.
Best regards
