Date Comparison via flow designer

Hi Experts, 

 

I want to compare 2 dates via flow designer. My actual requirement is to trigger a notification, 7 days prior to the auto closure, for a 'Problem' which stayed in 'Resolved' state till 30 days to assigned to user.

I am comparing date of resolution (resolved_at) field and current trigger date of the flow.

 

I have used transform function on:

  • resolved_at [Add time + Date to String] and
  • on current trigger date [Date to String]

Now I could have used resolved relative 23 days ago too, but it triggered multiple notifications every day for 7 days for a single problem record, because the flow is supposed to be run daily. So using it with the transform function works as per the requirement.

 

But this issue occurred in our SIT environment, where flow is receiving resolved date 1 day prior to actual resolve date. Some good 17-20 hours time difference is observed. I have attached the screenshot of problem's actual resolved date and what flow is receiving.

This solution is working as expected in other environments.

Please suggest me some possible solutions or at least explain that why this issue might have occurred. What can I check in the instance to know more about the potential cause. Thanks in Advance!!
