Default Homepage for ITIL user

Hello Everyone,

I have created the homepage for ITIL users with the lowest order. but if i logged in as a ITIL user, some diff homepage is setting as Default homepage.

Kindly share your solution/ suggestion to fix this issue.

ITIL users should get the default ITIL page (see home page admin link below). However, if they set themselves with another page (like "My ITIL Homepage" for example) they will get that one as their default. The one you created is a default, starting point, however users can override if they choose.

Hi Chuck Tomasi,

1. I have created the homepage in Global domain,

2. Created new test user with ITIL role in xxx Domain,

3. Logged in as the test user which i have created, -   getting diff homepage

My question : Since I have created the homepage for Global domain, it should be applicable for all ITIL users right irrespective of Domain?

Please share your suggestion to overcome this issue.

@Chuck Tomasi this was updated in 2016 when we were using the wiki - could you post the current place to read about home page administration - it's buried somewhere and I haven't been able to find it in the new documentation.  Thanks.
