Can I set the default sort order for multiple columns in a custom table?

I want to make it visible to everyone, not personalized.find_real_file.png

Hi

it is not really clear what your question is about.

In ServiceNow you only can sort by one column and after clicking on the column header the table is sorted accordingly.

But in case you mean the default sort order I recommend reading the following page: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/sandiego-platform-administration/page/administer/list-admin...

Hi,

As per my understanding, by clicking the column header you can sort by only one column.

To use multiple columns for sorting the list, you have to apply the filter and use Add Sort button. then add the multiple columns.

Kindly mark helpful and correct based on impact!

Thanks,

Hi Jieun,

By double clicking you can only use one column to sort, however, the Add Sort button on top of the list view can be used to add multiple sort conditions (ascending or Descending) as in the .below screenshot
