Delay in triggering Email notification in servicenow

Delay in receiving Email after creation of task in ServiceNow. After creation of task for particular group mail should trigger but that mail was triggering 40 min late , can pls someone help me to troubleshoot the issue.

Hi @komalkhere1 ,
Please check the logs, if emails are triggered on time but delivered late. There may be mail server issue which may have many undelivered item in queue.
Also, check if it is happening for all task or some specific catalog related task.

Hi @AshishKM Thank you for commenting. It is happening only for the 1 task, As you can check in the screenshot once task approved mail should triggered, But it is triggering mail after 40 mins.

did u check the workflow, if any timer logic applied there ?

How the email is triggering...?
Is it just a simple notification or is it configured in any flow..?
