Delay in triggering Email notification in servicenow

Delay in receiving Email after creation of task in ServiceNow. After creation of task for particular group mail should trigger but that mail was triggering 40 min late , can pls someone help me to troubleshoot the issue.

It's just a simple notification send when record is "inserted or updated"

Is this happening in all Instances...? I suggest raising a case with ServiceNow so that they can troubleshoot and assist you on this...
