Hi,
I am working on delegating. I have a user A. I have assigned another user as a delegate B. I checked on Assignments. Now, when I create an Incident under A, it is still showing as Assigned to A, also under Emails, it is showing as assigned to A. Why is that B not being considered? Kindly help.

Hi @Community Alums
You will not see email because delegate is for assignments, it will be under my group work or my work module for delegate user Cloeh. it will not update assigned to.
