Delete additional comments journal entry not working for workspace

Hi all,
Due to the sensitivity of the comment, I need to delete the comment on a ticket - I have followed this kb How to delete a Comment or a Work Note from a record - Support and Troubleshooting (servicenow.com) and deleted the entry from all three tables - Journal Entry, Audit Entry, and History Set - When i see the ticket from UI16 (workspace view) the comment is deleted > but when i open the same ticket in the Workspace those comments still shows - Do i need to delete somewhere else too so that it removes from Workspace? I have also logged out/logon from SN instance but its still showing when i open the ticket on Workspace. Any suggestions?

Did you try clearing the system cache or try logging out and logging in back
Please hit the thumb and Mark as correct based on Impact!!

Hi Ravi
I have logged out/logon, tried different browser, and also incognito mode on chrome - still same.
Note that the comments are not showing when i open the same ticket on UI16 form (workspace view form), same ticket if I open in the actual Workspace - those comments are showing - so i dont think its a caching issue, but i have tried that already. Thanks.

I am facing the same issue. I followed the same instructions and the comment is deleted from all the views except the Workspace. I changed the browser but that did not help.
Is there another table that is saving the activity stream for the Workspace?

I found the table, it was sys_activity. When deleting the comment from that table it removes it from the workspace. I had to use a script to delete the record.
