Delete application files in Studio

I created a Form by mistake in Studio.

I want to delete, but I do not know how to erase.
where is it?

There is no item in [File].

Hello,

you go into SYSTEM APPLICATIONS>MY COMPANY APPLICATIONS, you see your application then go to IN DEVELOPMENT double click on your application then you see the application form then scroll down for application files tab there you can delete the file you don't want.

This seems reasonable, but is not clear in navigation.  There is no option/ class for forms.  Searching on view turns up unclear items with no clear correlation to any forms, nor a number of items that matches the number of forms.  Please provide details on how to use this Application Files section to find forms[views].
