Dependent field is not populating

Hi All, 

I have 3 choice fields on a case form 

1. Region - String type field with following choice - Value

  - EMEA - ema

  - NA - na

  -APAC - apac 

  -LAO - lao

2. Country - String type

3. Language - Choice Type

I have made Country and Language field Dependent on Region field and given dependent value to its respective choice value as well but on selecting LAO as Region for first time both the Country and Language fields are not being populating. when I select Region as EMEA /NA / APAC and selecting LAO populates both the fields but when I select LAO first time it is not working. What do I missing here?

Is it only happening when you select LAO for first time? or it is happening for other options also when you select them for the first time?

Also, I tried to replicate the same in my PDI which is working is as expected.

Make sure to select dropdown with None and try to clear the cache in your instance and try.

Hi @Murthy Ch Thanks for help. I checked, there is an UI Policy which is controlling the appearance of the Country and Language fields. After fixing it is working as expected.
