Dev Instance Failed to Connect - Connection Refused

I requested a new instance of latest Xanadu. I am not able to connect to it. Getting error Failed to Connect. Contact IT Administrator. Please help.

Getting the same issue here.  Is there an outage?

OK I was not able to connect and then some other colleagues connected to it and I was able to get back in.  Very strange.

Facing similar issue!
Getting 502 (Gateway timeout) when trying to logging into instance via browser or using REST API service.
Is there an outage? Please Fix it ASAP as I'm Blocked due to this issue.
