Developer Instance not working.

My Developer Instance hasn't been working for the last 5 days. On the top of my screen it says: 
Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available.

and the middle of my screen says:
The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes.

 

I have important work that I don't want to lose. Please help

Hi

unfortunately the Community cannot help you as we are not working for ServiceNow and there is also no official support for PDIs - only self-services.

You just can wait and hope that your PDI is coming back.

Hi @anthony_d41 ,

 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

 

  1. Wait - it should come online after the unscheduled maintenance.
  2. Release and request a fresh installation. Please note, that all work that is not backed up will be lost. There is no possibility to restore the PDI.
