My PDI has been offline for couple days without any sign of coming back.
Based on the https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/guides/utah/developer-program/pdi-guide/getting-instance-a... I should use Give Feedback button in the footer of every Developer Site page, but I couldn't find anywhere for me to report that.
I can see there are plenty post about this in the past, but no clear direction on how to report issues with our PDI.
Any suggestions? Thank you!

Hi @Julia L Lam ,
as @Community Alums mentioned, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs. According to this is a free service provided from ServiceNow and there is no support, always remember to backup your work. This can be done through GIT for application developed through Studio - alternative export update sets for all other modification.

Hi @Julia L Lam ,
Unfortunately ServiceNow doesn't monitors or supports the PDI.
You will have wait until it comes online else you can release the instance.
